Okay. This is the "BEFORE" picture. 5'7" and 170-175 pounds, 47 years old. My goal is to (within 6 months) lose 25-30 p0unds and tone up A LOT. Especially my arms, legs and stomach. Well heck, almost every part of me. But, I walked on the tredmill for 20 minutes and stationary bike for 10 minutes. Starting tomorrow, I'm cutting way back on my portion sizes (I can't afford weight watchers or any other program), but I will watch the fat and calorie intake. Pray for me. I'm an emotional eater and I need to find another way to deal with stress. Let it NOT be spending money either!!!
So, check in with me a week from now and hopefully, I'll have lost a pound or two and been consistent with the dieting, exercise and also praying/reading the word. I need a positive attitude because of stresses at work and home.
